Recovering from Getting Tonsils Out - August

Tyler had his tonsils out a few weeks ago and had to be down for quite a while which was a struggle. Mike let him use the XBox and I couldn't help but notice how much he looks like Mike sitting there..

Mia

Mia is just so sweet right now. She is very girly and 2 going on 12 - hence the headphones blaring (not really) to Kidz Bop. She is starting to love her little baby doll - named Ella. She went on the potty twice this week but it is only a little bit interested in it. Loves dress up and cooking for us in her kitchen. She wants to do everything Tyler does and just got a big girl bike and helmet but she just can't really ride it yet. She enjoys just sitting on it and honking the horn.

She is very quirky and very shy. We have yet to make it through a church service without getting paged but that's okay, we will get there one of these days. She still loves having books read to her and loves, loves coloring, painting and drawing. Right now she is going through her rock phase - she paints and draws hundreds of little rocks. We know they are rocks because she tells us that's what they are. We don't know if she is going to be an artist or a brain surgeon...

Bella - Growing, Growing, Growing

Bella at 15 weeks - almost 30 pounds. Bella and Mike go to puppy school once a week at a local dog training club. She is doing really well. They actually asked Mike if he wants to show her.. Ha! Can you see Mike trotting around the ring with her.. We are going to look into getting her therapy dog certification, which involves an intense obediance test and will give her something to work towards. She is a dog that like a job and is happiest when I send her to go get the newspaper or when we are on a run. Tyler is still her best friend and she pretty much ignores Mia but loves to eat her crayons.
