Gold Belt

Tyler has been taking karate for a couple of months now. I honestly didn't think it would stick but he loves it. He goes twice a week and I absolutely love that they teach them about respect, self-discpline, team work, indomitable spirit, stranger danger and self-defense. Today he took his test to move up to the next belt and he was so excited.

First Ballet Class

Mia had her first ballet class today. She loved it and was so good at dancing on her tiptoes that the other moms kept asking me if she had taken dance before. It was great to see her doing something by herself and really enjoying it.

More Birthday Pics

Tyler (and mommy) got a big surprise when Uncle Eric showed up with this gift. They tell me it's all good because it is has a governor.....

Tyler and Mia both love cheesecake. Tyler's requests for his birthday meals  - Croissants for breaksfast, homemade stromboli for dinner and cheesecake for dessert...

Annual Easter Egg Hunt

I am happy to say our first year of easter egg dying was more fun than disasterous! Both kids were very focused and patient.

March 13 - Mike Turns 40!

With two very sick kids (although they look pretty healthy in this picture) we had to postpone our weekend in the city. There was no way I could leave Mike's mom with 2 kids doing 6 neb treatments a day. Thankfully Trump Tower was awesome and let us reschedule our non-refundable rate to April. So we spent the weekend watching movies and even got to make a trip to the emergency room!
